ReJenerate Aesthetic Studio is seeking a passionate, experienced Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. Qualifications

• Active Illinois Esthetician License
• Minimum of 1 year of medical aesthetics experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on laser experience required
• Experience performing consultations and developing customized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Comfortable educating patients on skincare and treatment recommendations

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Sciton BBL®
• MOXI®
• Laser hair removal
• Hydrafacial
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Medical-grade skincare sales

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin consultations
• Deliver customized aesthetic treatments safely and effectively
• Educate patients on treatment plans and home skincare
• Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional service
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Assist with treatment room preparation, sanitation, and inventory
• Participate in marketing initiatives, social media content, and community events as needed
• Stay current with industry trends and continuing education

ReJenerate Aesthetic Studio is a boutique luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice dedicated to helping patients look, feel, and age their best through education, integrity, and individualized care. We are looking for a passionate RN or Nurse Practitioner who is excited about aesthetics, wellness, longevity medicine, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to continue growing their skills in a collaborative, education-focused environment. We are committed to investing in our providers through advanced training and continuing education. Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) training will be provided for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, wellness, and preventative aging.
• Build long-term patient relationships based on trust, honesty, and natural-looking results.
• Collaborate with our team to provide an exceptional luxury patient experience.
• Participate in ongoing education, trainings, and team meetings.
• Attend studio events. 
• Assist in growing the wellness side of the practice, including BHRT and longevity services.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of injectable experience required (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and safe injection techniques.
• Passion for medical aesthetics, wellness, longevity, and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills.
• Professional, positive, and patient-focused demeanor.
• Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail.
