Sales and Service Policy

At ReJenerate Aesthetic Studio, we uphold a strict sales and service policy to ensure transparency and fairness to all our clients. Please review the following terms:

All Sales Are Final:
• All transactions, including prepaid services and treatments rendered, are considered final and non-refundable. Once a service has been performed or a product has been purchased, no refunds or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.

Prepaid Funds Not Transferable Between Services:
• Prepaid funds cannot be transferred between services. Each prepaid service or treatment is valid only for the specific service or treatment it was purchased for and cannot be exchanged for any other service or treatment offered by ReJenerate Aesthetic Studio.

Product Returns Due to Allergic Reactions:
• In the event of an allergic reaction to a product purchased from ReJenerate Aesthetic Studio, you may be eligible for a return. However, this is subject to the following conditions:
• The allergic reaction must be verified by one of our licensed skincare professionals.
• The return request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Liability Disclaimer:
• ReJenerate Aesthetic Studio is not liable for any reactions or adverse effects that may occur after a service. By receiving services from ReJenerate Aesthetic Studio, clients acknowledge that they are aware of the potential risks associated with such services and agree to assume all responsibility for any outcomes that may result.

Aftercare Instructions:
• Upon completion of a service, clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions to help maximize the benefits of the treatment and minimize any potential side effects. It is the responsibility of the client to follow these instructions carefully.

Exceptions:
• ReJenerate Aesthetic Studio management reserves the right to make exceptions or changes to this policy at its discretion, without prior notice.
By acknowledging this policy, you accept the terms outlined above and understand that ReJenerate Aesthetic Studio will not entertain any requests that do not comply with these terms.
