We are located in the Bucktown area of Chicago on Damen between Armitage and Webster.

- What is your late/cancellation policy?

There will be a $50 charge for cancellations on the same day of your appointment. Each client is allowed 1 free cancellation before being charged.
- When should I arrive for my first appointment?

We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before your first appointment to allow time for a tour and paperwork.
- Do you take evening or weekend appointments?

Yes, we are typically open Tuesday-Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm during the week, and from 8:00am to 3:00pm every other Saturday.
- How do I know which treatment is right for me?

Your first appointment will be an in-depth consultation to discuss your goals and go over treatment options. We will listen to your needs and offer suggestions or treatments based on your areas of concern and your budget.
- How much do you charge for an initial consultation?

- How does your monthly membership program work?

We have three membership tiers that offer different bundles of treatments for different monthly prices. Memberships are active for a minimum of six months and offer discounts on products, skin treatments, botox, and a specialty treatment based on the tier that you choose.
