Your provider will ask you about your medical history, prescribed medications, concerns, and goals for treatment. Your Treatment
To prepare your PRP and PRFM injections, your provider will first need to draw your blood and run it through a centrifuge to isolate the growth factors and plasma from your red and white blood cells. This is what they’ll inject into your scalp to stimulate regrowth and restoration at a cellular level.

Your Next Steps
For best results, most of our clients need multiple PRP and PRFM injection sessions within a 4- to 6-week period and maintenance sessions every 4 to 6 months after that.

To make sure you get the most out of your PRP hair restoration treatment, we recommend you avoid alcohol and smoking for at least 3 days before treatment.

On the day of your appointment, we recommend you wash your hair thoroughly with your usual shampoo and refrain from using any gels or hairspray.

Waiting to Wash Your Hair
Hold off on washing your hair for 24 hours after your treatment. After 24 hours have passed, you can wash your hair, but be gentle.
Avoiding Anti-Inflammatories
Avoid taking anti-inflammatory drugs such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Aleve, and Motrin for 6 weeks after your PRP injections.
Not Touching the Treatment Area
Try not to rub, press, or touch your scalp at least 8 hours after treatment.
